We asked the property to evaluate vacant spaces on high occupancy and/or high catering volume periods. This allowed us to obtain averages for total spaces occupied during highest volume periods, as well as absolute highs for spaces occupied. We had-eleven Marriotts participate in the test. The only hotel not to participate was Clearwater. The following are the results: Results Week Day Average Week Day High . Occupied Occupied Occupied Occupied 211 302 - Birmingham Marriott Weekend Average Weekend High 223 390 - Cincinnati Marriott North Conclusions , As you and I discussed, most of our parking lots are between 430 and 440 spa~. Cincinnati Marriott Northeast has 506 and Columbus Marriott Northwest has 575. . The absolute high was Cincinnati Marriott North, 390 occupied spaces on a Saturday night with soccer groups in house and catering business in the meeting space. .
