The site will be required to have some greenspace to meet the CN requirement of 94, as the CN for impervious area is 98. The c-value calculation for storm structure 676 assumes that the impervious percentage for the 2.36 acre future development will be 85% impervious and 15% pervious. At this ratio, the resultant CN would be 95.3, therefore, to meet the 94 CN requirement, the impervious value would need to be less than the assumed 85%.
