Space takes up 3 initially proposed
suites. (140,150,160) Due to the
location of the door, on the far end of
the building instead of the front, the
CFD felt it made more sense to gap over
the lower numbers and use the highest
number in the sequence for this space.
This permit is valid only if construction commences within one (1) year of the date of issuance of the State Commercial Design Release. All construction
must be completed (C/O issued) within two (2) years of the issuance date.
