Project identification Signs
Four project signs are proposed for this site. The first sign wilI be located
in the center island at the intersection of College Avenue and Pennsylvania
Street extension. The second sign will be located at the southeast corner of
103rd and Pennsylvania Street. The third sign Is to be located at the 1-465
right-of-way directly south of Building One. The fourth sign is to be located
on the east side of Meridian Street directly north of the off ramp of 1-465.
The third and fourth signs w111 be installed only if a variance is approved by
the Board of Zoning Approvals. Those signs shall be 6 feet high by 14 feet 4
inches wide in size and shut I be constructed of brick (Endlcot Ironspot) and
precast concrete (Buff color) with brass letters with satin finish. These
signs shall be IIluminatud by ground lighting.
The signs shal I state thu project name and logo "M.C.P." In brass letters 2
feet in size and 8 inches In site. The third sign shall also include the
words "turn right at 103rd" to direct traffic to the site.
Building Identification Shins
Four building identification signs are proposed for Building One and Two (two
signs per building). Each building shall have a ground mounted sign located
at the entrance island near Pennsylvania Street extension. The sign will be 6
feet high by 4 feet 8 inches wide In size and constructed of brick (Endlcot
Ironspot) and precast concrete (Buff color) with 6 inch brass letters. These
signs shall be Illuminated by ground lighting.
In addition to the ground signs, each building shall have a building mounted
sign located on the Interstate side of the building. These signs shall be
internally illuminated. Thu size of the letters shall be 36 inches. Building
Two shalI bear the name Unisis for the major tenant name. Building One will
bear the name of the major tununt once this tenant is determined.
