We had both of our monument signs for North End staked this morning for install of the founda3ons and have unfortunately conflicted with two inlet structures installed by RR. The concern is not the loca3on of them, we will adjust our signs to not conflict, but I am wondering if they are set at the correct grade or if the final grade was another miss between our two drawings sets. Both inlets create “holes” and problema3c grading in our landscaping areas that will have to be modified differently than our approved plans with Carmel. The other thing is that both of them seem to fall into our property lines, and outside of ROW, and I don’t’ know if that is an issue, but thought I would men3on that as well. Pictures below for reference. I can meet you onsite to discuss as well if that is helpful. Thank you.
