MULTI-TENANT MONUMENT FEATURE Two (2) multi-tenant monument signs are proposed. Both identifying the trademark North End Carmel Apartments with the option of including anchor tenant placards. Sign 1 is one-sided and will identify North End Carmel on both sides. Sign 2 is two-sided to identify the Restaurant and North End Carmel on both sides. VARIANCE REQUEST Both two (2) monument signs locations for North End conflict with two (2) inlet structures installed by City of Carmel on private property. Both inlets create holes and problematic grading for landscaping areas. This variance is requested to gain approval for an Entryway Feature location in street right of way. The proposed location is on a setback island that is also ROW at the Freeland Way & W. Smoky Row intersection.
