The Urbahns continue to haul in dirt and I have not heard from Mr. Baitz. Is this something than can be handled without seeing legal counsel? As President of the Springwood Homeowner's Association and next door neighbor I would appreciate learning our rights and to determine if there is an issue. Leonard Watson has told me there is definitely an issue; however, I am not expert in this 1 .' area. Any suggestions?
