Re: FW: Urbahns Drainage Issue
Jim,
This issue was turned over to Andy Conover of our office--he made the site visits in March
and May. He went out the other day but was not able to get thru the gate. We now have the
code and he will get there ASAP & contact you.

Kent, I need someone from your office to contact Mr. Kaufman ASAP.
I do have a hold on the final inspection at that lot, but need your help to resolve this.
Please let me know if there's any thing that I can do.

Mr. Blanchard:
On October 23rd you e-mailed me that Mr. Steve Baitz was the person responsible for
enforcement of the drainage rules. The Urbahns continue to haul in dirt and I have not
heard from Mr. Baitz. Is this something than can be handled without seeing legal counsel?
As President of the Springwood Homeowner's Association and next door neighbor I would
appreciate learning our rights and to determine if there is an issue.
Leonard Watson has told me there is definitely an issue; however, I am not expert in this

area. Any suggestions?

Anybody have a status report on any of these items?
