I, the undersigned Registered land Surveyor hereby certify that the included plat
correctly represents a Re-Plat of Stanford Park Section 3 (The Townhomes) Block "A"
and Common Areas 3 and 4, originally recorded as Instrument No. 200500009386 in
Plat Cabinet 3 on Slide 578 in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana
and Replatted as Instrument No. 200500033471 in Plat Cabinet 3 on Slide 637 in said
Recorder's Office.
This Re-Plat excludes a portion of Block "A" and Common Areas 3 and 4 from it's
platted boundaries, to be more commonly known as Parcel "Z" and more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Stanford Park Section 3 (The
Townhomes); thence South 89 degrees 58 minutes 45 seconds West along the North
line of said Stanford Park Section 3 (The Townhomes), 66.86 feet to the Point of

Due to Engineering's request for the roundabout at the intersection of Cupertino Lane and
Lance Drive in Stanford Park 2b, we need to replat the Common Area in Section 3 to
accommodate the right of way needs of the roundabout. We have taken the necessary right of
way from Common Areas 3 and 4 which were platted in Section 3. The new right of way will
appear on the secondary plat for Section 2b. Please let me know when the plats have been
signed so that I can have the plats placed on the BOW agenda for final approval. Let me know
if you have any questions or comments.
