We have taken the necessary right of way from Common Areas 3 and 4 which were platted in Section 3. The new right of way will appear on the secondary plat for Section 2b. Please let me know when the plats have been signed so that I can have the plats placed on the BOW agenda for final approval. Let me know if you have any questions or comments.
