not effect any prior commitments and
meets prior requirements, and as this
property is now zoned as a Park district
there are no requirements for Planning
& Zoning approvals.
This pennit is valid only if construction commences within ont'" (I) year of the date of issuance of the State Commercial Design Release. All construction
must be completed (ClO issued) within two (2) years of the issuance date. :
