Section of UDO being varied from: This request is to ask for a variance to encroach on the drainage easement that has
already been permitted and filed with the Hamilton County Surveyor's office. This request is related to the bylaws
outlined in the UDO Sections 5.02.B.1.b and 5.02.B.3. We wish to adhere to the rules stated with respect to the building
location as it relates to the drainage easement and the setback from the main structure. Variance also requested for
Ground Floor Area, for a 24'x30' detached garage.
