Unit 2E - 06090026 V & 06090027 V Dear Mr. and Mrs. Earley: At the meeting held Monday, October 23, 2006, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at 257 Nordyke Avenue: No-Decision Vote (2-2): Docket No. 060090026 V and 06090027 V Development Standards Variances for non- residential on 2nd and 3rd floors and 2-car garage requirement. Per the BZA Rules of Procedure, this item will now be placed on next month's BZA agenda (November 27) in order to be re-heard and re-voted upon, so that there is an actual vote for or against the variance requestS, and not a "no decision vote".
