PZ-2023-00207 V, PZ-2023-00209 V: Tom Wood Audi Service Addition Variances. Dear Mr. Buchheit: At the meeting held on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) requests filed by you for the property located at 4610 E. 96th Street: APPROVED: Tom Wood Audi Service Addition Variances - Development Standards Variance approval for: • PZ-2023-00207 V: FDPO Section 5(C)(3) requires the building to be set at or above the FPG unless the building is floodproofed per the ordinance requirements, Lower elevation granted, and • PZ-2023-00209 V: Water quality preservation easement required; No easement granted. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is Sept. 27, 2026. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
