Hi, neighbors!
As you will see in the attached legal notice, we are applying for a variance and have a 5 p.m.,
Oct. 23, 2023, hearing with the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals. We are required to share that
information with you.
The variance is for allowance of a main-floor bedroom, which will allow us to age in place when
it becomes necessary to have "main-floor living." The construction area will be on the west side
of our house.
If approved, we will seek to have construction/contractor activities kept to weekday business
hours(8a to 5p) with holidays omitted.
