Short term bicycle parking
Section 5.29 of the City's UDO requires a minimum of 4 bicycle parking
spaces (2 racks) for office uses. Bicycle racks are to be an inverted-U rack
type and within fifty feet of the main entrance of the building they serve.
Revise the plans to include the required bicycle parking for this site. Please
refer to section 5.29 of the UDO for more information/details on the City's
bicycle parking requirements/standards.

See the attached. We can place the bike racks into this
space. The previous notes space is where a electrical box
is located unfortunately.

Lights are being replaced. We have added and called
these on the new uploaded rendering as well as
uploaded a spec sheet.

If you are unable to provide the lighting fixture
specifications now, please confirm that you will apply for
another ADLS Amendment for staff to review and
approve the lighting fixtures and illumination levels
before installation. ADLS does stand for architectural
design, lighting, landscaping, and signage so now is the
time to iron out details regarding building materials,
colors, and overall lighting for the site.

No additional fixtures are being contemplated at this
time. The current fixtures will most likely be replaced as
a part of the project, but these design selections have
not been made yet.

Inquiry
For signage, there was address signage granted previously (1717 backlight).
We would propose we replace this with channel lit signage as attached and
shown on the elevations. A spec sheet is also attached.

Sign not facing a public street frontage
Per UDO sign standards, this sign may not be located as proposed. Signs are
only allowed facing a public street frontage. A multi tenant, multi story
building may have two signs per public street frontage. You may install a
second sign on the north elevation (116th), maybe a blade sign which will
give you visibility ( the first sign is the existing multi tenant ground sign). See
location outlines.

the depth between both sides many not be more than 85 % of spandrel
panel width; blade sign area may not exceed 75sf. Sign must not extend
from building face more than 5ft, must stay 2ft behind the curb and must
have 8' clearance from ground to bottom of sign.
