Statement of Request
We are requesting a variance clearance to add a covered
P rc h and landscaping to the back of our home. We need
approximately five fit.
Statement of Support
The petitioner's plans of a covered porch and I a rids cap i ng will
add value to the home and in turn add to the prep erg values in
the n ighborhood. The poroh wiII match aesth eti ral ly to the
existing house.
There will he no impact to the use of the neighboring properties.
The project was approved by the HOA and there has been
suppart from a]I adia ent neighbors.
