A 20ft X 200ft detention pond will be established along the southern border of the parcel. This will then drain to the existing storm sewer directly southeast ofthe development. The sanitary system will come off the existing manhole north of the development. 8" PVC will go directly south to the lot in the southeast comer. Laterals will service the other lots as shown in the platted plans. A manhole will be placed in the lot located on the southeast comer of the development. Water will service the development off the existing line located along 126th Street. Water main will be installed to go south as shown on the primary plat to the southwest lot on the development.
