street a side walk. If the Petitioner were required to construct a to' multi-purpose path in this
location. it would be the only segment of this entire area to have a multi-purpose path. The
Petitioner prefers to be able to utilize the existing side walk that serves this portion of the south
side of 126th street.

OWNER'S AND PETITIONER'S CONSENT AND JOINDER IN PETITIONS
The undersigned persons, being the owner (the "Owner") of the real estate described in
what is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as E~bit "A" (the "Real Estate")
and the petitioner (the "Petitioner"), hereby authorize and direct Nelson & Frankenberger, along
with its attorneys and employees, and The Schneider Corporation, along with their employees,
designated engineers, land planners, and agents, as follows:
1. To file, for and on behalf of the Owner and Petitioner, any and all applications and
petitions to obtain all approvals deemed necessary by the undersigned with respect to the
Real Estate including, without limitation, approvals pertaining to the primary platting of
the Real Estate, any required subdivision waivers, any required variances and all other
approvals and permits required by the City of Carmel's Zoning Ordinance and deemed
necessary by the Petitioner to develop the Real Estate (collectively the "Approvals"); and
2. To represent the Owner and Petitioner in connection with the Approvals, before the City
of Carmel Plan Commission and its committees, the City of Carmel Board of Zoning
Appeals, any agency of the City of Carmel, and any other municipal or State agencies.

Utilities Report
The drainage for the proposed development will expand on the existing drainage. A 20ft X 200ft
detention pond will be established along the southern border of the parcel. This will then drain to the
existing storm sewer directly southeast ofthe development.
The sanitary system will come off the existing manhole north of the development. 8" PVC will go
directly south to the lot in the southeast comer. Laterals will service the other lots as shown in the platted
plans. A manhole will be placed in the lot located on the southeast comer of the development.
Water will service the development off the existing line located along 126th Street. Water main
will be installed to go south as shown on the primary plat to the southwest lot on the development. It will
reach a control valve at that point.
