Docket No. 06010009 Z: Crook PUD The applicant seeks to rezone 20 acres from S l/Residential to PUD for the purpose of platting 40 single fami~ homes on 20 acres. The site is located at 2238 W. 136 Street and is zoned SI/Residential. Filed by Charlie Frankenberger of Nelson and Frankenberger for Indiana Land Development. The applicant is requesting approval of a Planned Unit Development to allow the construction of single family detached homes. Refer to the information packet mailed with the agenda for full details. The plan indicates a total of 40 residences. The primary access to the site would be a boulevard entrance from 136th Street. The site also stubs north into the Westwood Estates subdivision. Petitioner should bring the following to the Committee meeting: 1. Revised PUD Ordinance addressing all of staffs comments (wording and content) 2. Update on landscape plan approval. 3. Update on all outstanding Carmel Engineering issues.
