Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals on October 23, 2023 at 6:00
p.m. will hold a Public Hearing at Carmel City Hall (2nd floor Council Chambers Rooms, 1
Civic Square, Carmel, IN 46032) upon the Development Standards Variance Application to omit
installation of sidewalks along the south side of Woodland Lane required by UDO § 1.07 (E) and
(F).

BZA Public Notice Sign Procedure & Affidavit
Procedure:
The petitioner shall incur the cost of the purchasing, placing, and removing the sign.
The sign must be placed
in a highly visible and legible location from the road on the property involved with the public hearing.

Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana meeting
on the 16th day of Colonel 2023, at 6 o'clock
p.m. at their regular meeting place in the Council
Chambers, Second Floor, City Hall, One Civic
Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032, will hold a Public
Hearing to consider a request for approval of the
public right of way antl plat vacation located on
the west sitle of College Avenue, south of end
including East 104th Street.
Lawrence K. Prorate, the Potions,, and
the subject property is currently part of the Home
Place Overlay Orders and zoned B-3 Business.
The nghls of way proposed for vacation are
Improved sections of East 1Nth Street and
Broadway Avenue Vacation of the subject rights -
of -way will not impede access to any real estate.
Platted later; the Northridge addition proposed
for vacation are owned by the Petitioner. The
proposed vacation will facilitate expansion of an
