We are applying for the permit to set up a short-term rental either as an AirBnb or for traveling Nurses.
We will be open to mid to long-term rentals for execuƟves as well.
PARKING:
There is ample parking on the property. We have a 2 car aƩached garage and a pad that is 952 square
feet. Plus a very long driveway from Gray road. This area will accommodate 11 cars more than enough
than will ever be needed. (pictures aƩached)
TARGET MARKET:
We have kept the charm of the previous owner and decorated our home in a coƩage fashion. We are
trying to aƩract families and mature guests. Each guest will be screened before accepƟng a reservaƟon.
Our residence is next door to this home. We will not accept parƟes or the loud behavior of our guests.
Also maintaining the value of this home is very important to us.
PROPERTY VALUE:
It is in our best interest to maintain the property in excellent condiƟon to garner high reviews and
repeat business. Also we take pride in our home and the yard and garden. My wife is an avid gardner and
always maintains her beds in a clean and orderly fashion. From spring to late fall we have flowers
blooming.
