New State Release, dated 11/21/06, and
with a NEW PROJECT # OF: 322404, was
finally fully approved and updated.
SCOPES OF RELEASE: ARCH, ELEC, MECH, &
PLUM. One condition noted re: Plans/
specs for mechanical exhaust hood are
still needed; HOWEVER, according to
Gary Hoyt, the original State release
under project # 321169 has a HOOD scope
of release with covers this. Project
now fully released, with one condition
by the Fire Department: OCCUPANT LOAD
OF THIS SITE IS NOT TO EXCEED 299
PERSONS, AS THE BUILDING IS NOT
SPRINKLERED. (The 299 includes all
staff/employees, and any guest personnel
such as a band or performance group
persons.)
PRIOR TO RELEASE, plans for MECH, ELEC,
and PLUM submitted. HOWEVER, they are
also presently at the State being
reviewed. Per Blanchard, if the review
is okay, we will release the permit and
these new plans, with the condition that
the updated State release be submitted
and he checks it to make sure all is
okay before we will allow a Rough-in to
be scheduled. CFD is to let us know if
they have an issue which might affect
this.
