I received an inquiry from Utilities about a potential food truck business at Carmel Dr. After
speaking with utilities they thought that you perhaps had reconsidered, today the health
department stated that an applicant has moved forward with an application for that site
(potentially).. Do you plan on seeking a variance, or allowing the lessee to seek one ?
