All installations shall be "ooen trench" inspected and approved bv the Carmel Sewer Department before anv backfillimr is done. Non- compliance may result in digging up the sewer installation and/or denial of future sewer permits and/or denial of water connections. No footing or foundation drains or other sources of ground water or storm water shall be permitted to enter the public sewer. Sewer insoections should be reauested at (317) 571-2648 one to four hours in advance.
