updated dates and deadlines, for the Feb. 26 regular BZA meeting. (If you have already completed the adjoiner mailings,
posting of the sign, and the running of the legal ad in the newspaper, then you will not need to do them again.)
Feb. 26 Regular BZA meeting timeline
filing deadline (DONE) 1/12/2024 Fri., by 5pm
public notice deadline for mailings to be mailed / 2/6/2024 Tues., by 5pm
signs to be posted
deadline for public notice legal ad to be sent to The 1/26/2024 Fri., by 5pm
Current in Carmel (so that it prints on Tues. Feb. 6)
fees/info packet due - agenda released 2/16/2024 Fri., by Noon
dept. report issued/ proof of notice due 2/21/2024 Wed., by Noon
BZA meeting 2/26/2024 Mon., 6:00pm
New for 2024: Please note that only digital/electronic Info Packets are required here on out. No paper copies. That can
be emailed to Bric Butler, BZA Meeting Coordinator, before noon Friday, Feb. 16.
