respect. Proceeds from the rental of the property will qo toward property improvements,
both internal and external, which will bolster the value of surrounding properties.

or driveway and maintain reasonable quiet hours.
3. Vehicular and pedestrian traffic in and around the premises will not be substantially affected by this Special Exception
because:
The property's driveway has direct access to 116th street, so no local or neighborhood
traffic should be affected. further, the dwelling offers a large 2-ear garage as well as
ample space in the drive way for an additional 3 cars to park and maneuver comfortably.
No off-premises parking should ever be needed.
