The approval of this Special Exception will not negatively affect surrounding property values because: Board already deemed our SE STRR PZ-2022-00213) worthy and approved it on 11/28/22. We have had no complaints or issues reported this year. We've had extensive improvements on the property and wish to maintain our investment. We enforce strict guidelines. Please see Statement of Support for additional information. 2. This Special Exception will be compatible with existing land uses in the neighborhood because: Only highly rated renters/families of 2-8 persons will be allowed. No parties allowed and quiet hours enforced. We frequently have large family gatherings at our home and should not appear any different when rented. Please see Statement of Support for additional information. 3. Vehicular and pedestrian traffic in and around the premises will not be substantially affected by this Special Exception because: Our 35'x 45'dnveway will easily accommodate parking. Our backyard is large and fenced in.There will be no reason for quests to be on the street. DECISION Yes No: The Board has reviewed the requirements of UDO Section 5.73 as they relate to this Special Exception,and does not find that those criteria prevent the granting of the Special Exception. IT IS THEREFORE the decision of the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals that Special Exception Docket No.PZ-209-004.18 SE is granted,subject to any conditions stated in the minutes of this Board,which are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.
