Petitioner seeks Special Use Amendment aEproval in order to substitute architectural
materials. The site is located at 4630 East 96 Street. The site is zoned B-3/business.
The Special Use for this site was originally approved June 26. 2000. as Docket
No. SU-54-00. At the time of the original approval. the Board required that the
architectural design be reviewed bv the Plan Commission.
The petitioner's reauest is aesthetic in nature. and is not directly related to the use
of the property: therefore. the Department has no recommendation.
