Notice is hereby given that the Carmel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals meeting on the 23rd day of
July, 2001 at 7:00 pm in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032
will hold a public hearing upon a Special Use Amendment application for O'Brien Holdings, LLC.
Petitioner seeks special use amendment approval to alter the approved building plans for an
automobile dealership as indicated on the plans on file with the Carmel Department of Community
Services.
