public hearing before the Board of Zoning Appeals. Included are the Petitioner's Affidavit of

Office, the Public Notice, Proof of Publication from the Noblesville Daily Ledger, and the white

Revised Elevations of O'Brien Dealership

To assist you in your discussion with the Special Studies Committee concerning the
petition to amend the special use approval for the new O'Brien dealership, I have attached to this
memo revised elevations of the approved O'Brien automobile dealership; incorporating concrete
panels in lieu of the block and brick facade construction specified in the special use approval. I
have also attached a sheet from the prior elevations for your use and reference.

Docket No. SUA-76-Q1 has been assigned to the Special Use Amendment petition filed by Paul
G. Reis of The Reis Law Firm on behalf of O'Brien Holdings, LLC, for Tom O'Brien Chrysler
