A waiver is requested for detaining the full r/w of Illinois
and 111th Street. Due to the site constraints, detention
is not able to provided for the entire R/W of Illinois and
111st St. According to a master-planned drainage
report, the roadway systems and downstream sites have
the capacity to detain these streets. This development
will not have any adverse effects to the adjacent
roadways.

Due to the adjacent grade of the path being 2' higher
than the referenced connection point, an ADA
accessible route cannot be provided. Additionally, it was
our understanding through discussions with the city
that the walk was to be at the location shown on the
plans to further engage the public with this amenity
