There are no proposed water or sewer connections to
any public infrastructure. The existing water service &
sewer laterals are sufficiently sized to accommodate the
proposed expansion. If additional fees are required,
please let us know how they are being calculated.

Parking lot Perimeter and other landscaping
Per the PUD 13.5.B there is a 5' wide perimeter planting area required on all
sides of the parking lot with 4 shade trees and 25 shrubs per 100 linear feet.
Please show and provide. I believe the only lot perimeter landscaping
required is street trees along River Rd which are existing. The building base
landscaping is required per 13.4.C via 13.4.A that requires 3 shade trees, 3
ornamental trees and 25 shrubs per 100 linear feet of building. I don't mind
if its 4 shade and 2 ornamental trees as you have currently noted. Please
ensure that all of these minimum required tree and shrub counts are shown
on the landscape plan.

507.5.4 Obstruction. Unobstructed access to fire hydrants shall be
maintained at all times. The fire department shall not be deterred or
hindered from gaining immediate access to fire protection equipment or fire
hydrants. The proposed fire hydrant shown on the utility page is located in
front of parking spaces that will result in a violation of Indiana Fire Code
section 507.5.4 when vehicles are present. The parking spaces shall be
marked no parking fire lane or relocated the hydrant to a island in the
parking lot that does not create a IFC violation.

calculate a sprinkler system for the building addition,

Validating Harvest Church remains open to future public-private partnership
with Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation when we secure funds for development
of Thomas Marcuccilli Nature Park. Still interested in pursuing a trailhead and
restroom, paid by CCPR, on Harvest Church property. Exact layout and terms
would be negotiated at a later date, understanding it would need to be
mutually beneficial to both parties for an agreement to occur. Thanks!

Thank you but it appears there is still a "permeable

Our plan is to have the existing diamond pattern panels
be painted all one color to de-emphasize the diamond
pattern. The proposed color is a creme color just
