addition. FIVE CONDITIONS RE:
1. Addition/alteration/repair is not to
reduce exit capacities to under what is
required by code.
2. Mezzanine construction requirements.
3. Aggregate quantity of hazardous
production material requirements.
4. Storage definitions, limitations,
descriptions, and requirements.
5. Plans/specs for revised fire
suppression system to be filed/released.
Submittal meeting 12/6/06, with Mark
Gummer and Bob? of Dallman, and Jim
Blanchard and Sarah Lillard. Process
was discussed. JIM BLANCHARD ALSO
RE-ITERATED THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Receptacles to be at least 18 inches
off of the finished floor;
2. Guardrails to be 42 inches in height
and handrails to be 36 inches in height.
3. Door between existing building and
new addition needs to meet the correct
fire rating.
This permit is valid only if construction commenceS within one (I) year of the date of issuance of the State Commercial Design Release. All construction
must be completed (C/O issued) within two (2) years of the issuance date.
