'~)'''' REce.~D (~.o . !J~N '0 2002 ~1 ..- noCS f-- ~ Ji;; AY (Ji?l-r,70 \-::1/ L..Lm:-- 29 January 2002 Re: Concord Village, Section 4, Lot 125 Developmental Standards Variance (V-II2-0I) Via US Mail Dear Mr. & Mrs. Keck, At the meeting held Monday, January 28,2001, the Carmel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding petitions filed by Gary Vickrey on your behalf: APPROVED: Docket No. V-112-01, a petition to vary Section 8.4.3(A): Minimum Front Yard of the R-2/Residence District in order to encroach 3' 6" into the 35-foot Minimum Front Yard (yielding a 31' 6" front setback). The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition. Please be advised that per Section 30.5.5 of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Developmental Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the porch improvement must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of this approval is Tuesday, January 28, 2003. When applying for an Improvement Location Permit for this addition with the Division of Building & Code Enforcement, please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
