At the meeting held Monday, November 26, 2001, the Carmel/Clay Board of Zoning
Appeals took the following action regarding petitions filed by yourself on behalf of HCPI - Indiana,
LLC:
APPROVED: Docket No. V-l13-01, a petition to vary Section 25.7.02-10(b): Number & Type of
the Sign Ordinance in order to permit six (6) Identification Signs on site. The Board voted five
(5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition.
APPROVED: Docket No. V -114-01, a petition to vary Section 25.7.02-1 Orb): Number & Type of
the Sign Ordinance in order to orient four (4) wall Identification Signs on the south fa9ade toward
the 1-465 right-of-way. The Board voted five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving
the petition.
Please be advised that per Section 30.5.5 of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned
Developmental Standards Variance approvals are valid for one (1) year. By that time either
continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-
time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received by this Department. The
expiration date of these approvals is Tuesday, November 26,2002.
