About Fields Market Garden & the Project
Our goal is to engage with our neighbors, cultivate connections between
people and the earth, and see communities grow.
This proposal increases building structures and site development to further
these aims on the existing 1.4 acre portion programmed with .5 acres of
growing space.

Brief Description of Waiver:

In deciding whether or not the applicant has presemg iuf3iri;:'r:t proof to permit the granting of a wawa', the Plan
Commission should consider the following-
- The grant of a waiver will riot be injurious to the public health, safety, morals and general
welfare of the community,
- The use and value of area adjacent to the property included in the proposed plat will not be
affected in a substantially adverse manner.
- The need for the waiver arises from some condition peculiar to the property and such
condition is not due to the general conditions of the neighborhood.
The strict application of tercet of the ordinance to the property will constitute an ummial and
unrteoessary hardship if applied to the property for which the waiver is sought_
- The grant of the waiver does not interfere substantially with the Comprehensive Plan.
Based on all the evidence presented by the petitioner. I approve of the requested
subdivision waiver.
