Please provide correct sign location on site map. As provided sign location is wrong. Sign location was marked
on the parking lot, not on mixed-use building. Please update. Corrected in the attached
Please show the distance from edge of curb to edge of sign (per UDO Sign Standards it must be at least 2'). 10’
Please provide spandrel panel height and width as noted (per UDO Sign Standards sign depth may not be more
than 85% of the spandrel panel width). 28.35’ high and 3.38’ wide, meaning a maximum sign width of 2.87’ and
this is 2.33’
Please provide accurate sign size (see schematic below – provide dimensions for areas outlined in green)
