The lot has a hardship due to the fact that it is a wedge shaped on a cul-de-sac that backs up to PUD and tree preservation —where most trees were removed and buffer was eliminated. There will be no immediate screening or transition until tree preservation area is able to recover. Additional trees will be planted with landscape to increase buffer. The design created will not create any siteline challenges for neighbors or have impact on property value. It. Will increase the property value and offer a screening between backyards. The location of the Colorado room and the topography of the yard have been thought out and carefully considered in the design process. • om SERVICES October 20, 2023 Aaron and Kyle Monke 3180 Driftwood Ct, Carmel, IN 46033 Application Number: 014803 Dear Aaron and Kyle Monke, As you are aware, OMNI Management Services is the property manager for Smokey Ridge Homeowners Association.
