The south side of your lot has a platted 50-ft building setback line, and the east side of your lot has a 60-ft platted building setback line. As you know, your lot is Rcorner lot with 2 front yards. On Corner Lots. no residential Accessory Building may be erected: (a) forward of any Front Line of Building of the Principal Building. or (b) in any required Minimum Front Yard. (Chapter 25.01.01.B.3.a.ii). The attached pdffile shows setbacks for a garage, if it is anywhere from 0 t010-ft from the main house. It is Chapter 6 of the zoning ordinance. If the garage is greater than 1 O-ft from the house, the setbacks are regulated by chapter 25 of the zoning ordinance (see attached). Hope this helps. Call or email me with additional questions.
