At the meeting held Monday, December 18, 2006, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took
the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at
9608 Copley Drive.
APPROVED: Docket No. 06110016 V Development Standards Variance for platted setback line.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approvals must
have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is
December 18,2007.
When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval,
please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
