The signage has been approved with comments, based on the sign criteria for KRG Centre LLC., Rangeline Crossing and Kite Realty Group. Please contact the local building department to acquire the appropriate permits and approval for installation. Sign installation cannot occur until the following conditions are satisfied: - Copies of all permits must be e-mailed to my attention at smarshall@kiterealty.com. - Provide a copy of the subcontractor's certificate of insurance listing KRG Centre, LLC. and KRG Management as additional insureds with KRG Centre, LLC. as the certificate holder. - Notice of sign installation date must also be sent to our office within 48 hours of work. Installation shall take place before or after the center hours of operation. - Sign installation contractor is required to check in with Landlord's Asset Manager once on site.
