Keller ofKES Consultants, representing 4146 E. 96th ST., L.L.C., the owner of Motorcycles of Indianapolis, bas requested the Board sign the Dedication of Public Right of Way document presented for approval. This document dedicates additional right of way on that portion of 96th Street that is contiguous to the south property line of Motorcycles of Indianapolis. This dedication will increase the total half right of way of 96th Street to 75-feet, wbich meets the City of Carmel and Clay Township 20-Year Thoroughfare Plan requirements. On behalf of the City of Carmel, I would like to thank the owners of Motorcycles of Indianapolis for this Dedication of Right of Way. I recommend the Board accept and sign these documents.
