RE: Docket No. PZ-2023-00252 ADLS Amend: Centier Bank – Building Renovation
Dear Mr. Buchheit,
The Carmel Plan Commission Commercial Committee took the following action at its November 13, 2023,
meeting regarding approval to renovate the exterior of an existing building. The site is located at 650 East
Carmel Drive. It is zoned B-8/Business and is not located within any overlay district.
APPROVED with CONDITIONS: PZ-2023-00252 ADLS Amend: Centier Bank – Building Renovation
• As part of renovations, all brick on the building will be stained, including those areas planned to
be covered by metal paneling. Should Centier Bank decide to vacate this property in the future,
they shall remove the modular metal front entrance element, as well as the metal column wraps
on the drive thru structure. The top and bottom band blue elements, as well as the adjacent gray
banding, may remain.
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting an application
for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
