The site is located near the SE comer of Westfield Blvd and 99th St. and is zoned S2. Filed by Nick Churchill of Pittman Partners Inc. The applicant is requesting approval of a Planned Unit Development to allow the construction of a residential development comprised of a mix of townhouses, and quad- unit condominiums. Please refer to the ordinance and exhibits submitted with the packet mailing for full details. This proposal is for the rezone of the property. This proposed PUD language specifies that approval ofthis PUD will also act as approval of the DP and ADLS. As such, architecture, design, landscaping, and site layout must be discussed in detail during this process. The Plan Commission will not see any portion of this proposal again after it is approved. As proposed, access to the site will be provided via both Westfield Blvd. and 99th Street. Full connectivity within the development and to surrounding areas is planned. The petitioner should bring the following to the Committee Meeting: 1. Elevations of all 4 sides ofthe Townhome (rowhouse) structures. 2. Material samples of buildings. 3. Updates on any PUD language revisions 4. Update on landscape plan and engineering approvals.
