The ~pplicant is requesting approval of a Planned Unit Development to allow the
constr4ction of a mixed-use development comprised of a mix of townhouses,
condbhrlnium flats, apartments, and multi use structures. The project is a redevelopment
of th~ bxisting Mohawk Hills Apartment complex and golf course. Please refer to the
updatJd packet for full details.
This ~sal is for the rezone of the property. All individual sf1uctures and detailed
develOpment plans will be required to return to the Plan Commission for DPI ADLS
revi~J and approval. However, all future detail plans will be held to the regulations of
this ptoposed PUD ordinance.
