Subject: Short term rental (PZ-2023-00283 SE)
Good evening ,
I wanted to send out an email expressing my desire to seek a Special exception for a short term rental on my property.
I live off Main St on 8 acres. i am not in a neighborhood. I have a guesthouse that we would like to use for Airbnb. We
have had an amazing experience. People love the history of the property. This is also very important to us financially. My
oldest son suffered an accident and this has brought significant medical bills and this is providing an opportunity for much
needed income.
Since we are not in a neighborhood this won’t bother anyone. Parking isn’t an issue and we live on the property so there
are no noise issues.
