The site is located at 3006 E. 96th St. It is zoned B-3/Business and is not located within an overlay zone. APPROVED with CONDITIONS: PZ -2023-00273 ADLS Amend: Tom Wood Honda Powerhouse • The Petitioner addresses all remaining TAC review comments in ProjectDox and pending Planning Staff approvals regarding the plantings in the island and along the multi-use path, and the Commitment to add additional landscaping needed to prevent vehicles from parking in those areas. In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
