Thisisa partially submitted and released project Subsequent submittals shall be accompanied by a
completed standard / partial form (ACDR) and proper fees in accordance with 675 lAC 12-6-15(c).
This project release is for the building shell only and does not include the finish of oile or more
tenant spaces. Tenant space finish may be filed as a new project in accordance with 675 lAC 12-6-6
or as one or more addenda to released systems in accordance with 675 lAC 12-6-18 before
commencing work.
Suspended-type unit heaters shall be installed and supported in accordance with Section 920, IMC
(675 lAC 18-1.4).
Detailed plans and specifications of the fire suppression system shall be filed with the required
application and appropriate fees in accordance with 675 lAC 12-6-3(a) and 675 lAC 13-1-8.

Sprinklers are being provided in this project to increase the number of story levels of this project
above Table 503 in accordance with Section 504.2, IBe (675 lAC 13-2.4).
An elevator installation permit shall be obtained from the Elevator Safety Division in accordance with

copy of the design release.
4G0603AA This project release is for the building shell only and does not Include the finish of one or more
tenant spaces. Tenant space finish may be filed as a new project in accordance with 675 lAC 12-6-6
or as one or more addenda to released systems in accordance with 675 lAC 12-6-18 before
commencing work.
NOTE: This release if for the proposed first floor lobby finishes only as stated on the
Addenda application filed with the State of Indiana.
