Brad Walker submitted a hand~drawn diagram on 12/29/2006. It is not drawn to.scale and shows that the distance from the deck addition to the closest point of the creek is 95 ft. So, TAW used GIS to determine approximately whether or not the deck addition would lie within either the flood fringe or way. It appears not to do so. There is a GIS photo of the lot in the file. Conditonal Release: 1/9/2007, show size of footings, handrails, steps and guard rails to meet code. Pat O'Connor said that the deck addition is not in the flood area. He will be sending a site plan in order to document this.
