We have no problem with the items appearing on the agenda. We sent a courtesy letter to the adjoining property owners regarding the change in the meeting date so they won't show up (if they even cared). P.S. On a personal note, Trevor Smith and Kerry Sims are getting married (apparently not to each other). Trevor lives in Chicago and is getting married in June.
