elevations as depicted hereon are based upon information provided
upon the approved construction doaJments prepared lor this
development. Unless otherwise stated hereon, no inlOlTTlation
peJtaining to but not limited to, nuctuating watllf tables elevations,
soil types, and conditions within the building areas of this
development have been provided and\Qr referenced on said
documents. With the excavation ollhe proposed structure
foundations, certain care and observations should be made in regard
to such conditions as soil types and nuctuating water tables, During
