The city of Carmel is in need of more high quality daycare institutions. This building and siteand very much so be renovated into an operating daycare, and would mirror many otherswe have done across the U.S.
It is a high quality institution that will be an amentity to the community, and an upside.
Correct. Building elevations and lighting will remain the same, only site addition is playgrounds.
Site and building remaining as is on the exterior aside from playground area.
Not a typical pick up and drop off like a school, parents come at scattered times and parkbefore dropping off their children. Planned parking will be more than accurate. Majority of patronsexpected to come from surrounding neighborhoods and existing traffic.
